Roy is Managing Director of ProHR International, a consulting firm specializing in executive recruitment, leadership/talent development, and organization capability development. Roy works with business leaders and HR executives to develop and align business strategies with organization capability and talent strategies. He is a sought after facilitator and coach in his field.

Working in pharmaceutical, electronics & FMCG industries, Roy practiced HR in different stages of business development and various sides of businesses. He has been recognized for his expertise many times, two of those were presented to him by China and Hong Kong’s leading HR journal China Staff - “HR Manager of the year (1997)” and “Outstanding Contribution to HR in Hong Kong and China” (the first local HR professional to receive this award).

Roy holds a CEIBS EMBA degree. He is Secretory General of CEIBS Alumni HR Management Association.
