Tina has over 25 years of experience in the life science and financial fields. Her experiences cover academic, operational and investment. Her team's role is to assist partners in planning for IND application and ensuring flawless execution at Pharmaron. Prior to this, Tina was the General Manager at the Preclinical Services Laboratory of Pharmaron, the 1st western quality preclinical CRO in China.

Before that, Tina was Senior Vice President of WI Harper Group and Assistant Vice President of the IBT Management Corp. During her years in the financial field, Tina had successfully assisted more than 30 life science companies going IPO in US, European and Asian exchange markets. She was also involved in multiple M&A and private equity deals, with total asset over USD 600M.

Tina Huang holds a Ph.D. degree from State University of New York in Molecular Biology & Biochemistry. She is also CEIBS GEMBA alumna with Outstanding Graduate Award.
