Willis Jiao is currently the CHRO of Shanghai Jahwa United. He has over 20 years’ experience in building and developing organization capability & talents strategy, mainly in MNC in Greater China Region. He has been working in fashion, retail, FMCG and commercial organizations like CHANEL, Anheuser-Busch, Amway, Westin hotels with various roles in training and sales operation management. Willis has dedicated himself to organization diagnosis and development, while driving and facilitating organizational culture development & leadership transition.

Willis obtained his EMBA in 2007 and is a member of CEIBS HR Council. He is also a mentor of CEIBS MBA CDC and Fudan University MBA admission center.
