Vic Lee is the founder and managing partner of Virtus Inspire, a boutique ventures capital firm with focus on investing in TMT and MedTech companies in China, U.S., Europe and Israel. Vic is one of the founders and former Senior Executive VP of Tencent, where he joined in 1999 and was responsible for planning, construction and managing the operation platforms. From 2010 to 2012, Vic was also in charge of the Company’s online search businesses. After leaving Tencent in 2012, he began to invest in technology companies in US, Israel and China. Vic was recognized as the "China Top CIO" of 2008 by "CEO & CIO" magazine.

In addition, Vic is also passionate about public welfare, especially in the field of education. He founded the Catalyst Education Lab to promote educational innovation and breakthroughs.
