Vincent has over 30 years of management experience and in-depth industrial knowledge. He brings a wealth of expertise with particular strengths in areas such as M&A, joint ventures setup and both business strategy and solutions in dynamic environment.

Before LEONI, Vincent held a series of management positions in Gold Peak Industries Limited from 1998 to 2017. Prior to this success, he had worked and resided in Hong Kong. Vincent served in a variety of highly competitive companies with increasing responsibility positions until 1998, including San Miguel Brewery and Maxtor Corporation.

Vincent graduated from East London University, U.K., with BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering in 1985 and MSc in Advanced Manufacturing Technology from University of Manchester, U.K. in 1986. In addition, Vincent earned an EMBA degree from CEIBS in 2012 and is currently pursuing a PhD degree from City University of Hong Kong.
