Jasmine Wu
Jasmine joined Air Liquide China in 2015 with the responsibility of overall HR management and leadership. She leads the team and contributes from strategic, tactic, cultural and leadership perspectives. Her signature leadership style has a focus on innovation, role modeling and empowerment. Her team won various awards and recognitions in HR field. Her articles and viewpoints have been published and reprinted by several media.
Her industry exposure include: Healthcare, Industrial Sectors, Energy, Auto Manufacturing, High-Tech, Government and etc. She has held different roles as the senior human resource director in Siemens, Hereaus, Goodyear Tires.
Jasmine obtained her EMBA degree from CEIBS and Michigan Ross School of Business, and is taking DBA in Grenoble École de Management Business School. She is a Certificated Trainer of DDI, Professional Coach, Mentor, BHR Professional Circle Founder. She is also the Deputy Chairman of CEIBS Alumni Human Resources Management (HRM) Research Association.
