Wu Wen obtained his DBA from the University of Durham, EMBA from CEIBS, and Bachelor Degree from Fudan University. He is the Vice President of the Global Alumni Association of the School of Economics of Fudan; the Secretary-General of CEIBS Finance and Investment Club; and the initiator of the annual CEIBS Private Wealth Forum. Wen Wu is the chairman of Shanghai Wisdom Asset Management Company now.

He began to work in 1987, mainly engaged in the trade of commodities, international freight and factory investment. He has experienced the real estate bubble in Hainan, the financial crisis in Asia and countless corners in the commodity market. He started his own business in 1993. He has worked as a partner with a variety of people to start new business, so he has a deep understanding of equity structure establishment and how to find partners.
