As the founder of IC Education Consulting Company and professor at Fudan University, Joseph is passionate about semiconductor technology and entrepreneurship training in IC industry. He has trained over 30 CEOs in high tech industry in the past 6 years. Before founding ICE, he had worked at Intel, SMIC, ASMC, and QST from engineer to CEO positions. Joseph holds a BS degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University. He received his PhD degree in 1988, and EMBA from CEIBS in 2007. He lived and worked in USA and Singapore for 18 years before relocating back to Shanghai in 2001. He holds 12 US patents and published over 50 scientific papers. He has also published a popular book “The Big Ban of Chip” in 2018.
