In her past twenty-year career, Sharon’s experience spans a number of HR roles across a variety of industries and locations. Apart from being the China HR head for companies in Banking, Real Estate Consulting, and Renewable Energy industries, Sharon was also once based in HK and served as the Global HR Business Partner for an international engineering firm. In the early stage of her career, Sharon took multiple roles in a Shanghai-based SOE group before she went to Singapore in 1997 and worked there for years.

Sharon holds an MSc in Human Resource Strategy from the University of Sheffield, UK. Sharon is the founding member of VHR, and career mentor of SAIF FMBA, SUFE IMBA, SISU MBA programs. Sharon’s articles were published in the HR professional journals and books in both Mainland China and HK.
