近期，江苏云学堂网络科技有限公司运营的“云学堂”推出“高管卓越训练营”课程，有偿招募学员，且拟颁发印有中欧国际工商学院（以下简称“中欧”）商标的毕业证书，并在宣传材料中声称“中欧商学院”享有“线上课程收入”。该未经授权的行为严重损害了中欧的声誉和合法权益，造成了恶劣的社会影响。为保障中欧权益，维护中欧声誉及形象，我方严正声明如下：
Recently, “Yunxuetang” operated by Jiangsu Yunxuetang Network Technology Co., Ltd. launched the “Executive Excellence Training” course and recruited students for profits, intended to issue the study certificate with trademark owned by China Europe International Business School (hereinafter referred to as “CEIBS”) and claimed in the promotion materials that CEIBS enjoys online course profits. Aforesaid unauthorized activities have seriously damaged the reputation and legitimate interests of CEIBS, and caused negative social impacts. To protect the rights and interests of CEIBS and maintain the reputation and image of CEIBS, we solemnly state:

中欧从未组织上述活动，亦未授权或委托江苏云学堂网络科技有限公司或云学堂开展上述活动。中欧未从上述活动中获取任何收入。因上述活动或因参与上述活动而引发的一切后果均与中欧无关。
CEIBS has never organized the above activities, nor has it authorized or entrusted Jiangsu Yunxuetang Network Technology Co., Ltd. or Yunxuetang to carry out the above activities. CEIBS will not obtain any benefit from the above activities. All consequences caused by the above activities or participation in the above activities have nothing to do with CEIBS.

中欧教授不会参与上述活动或为上述活动任何线上或线下课程提供培训。
CEIBS professors will not participate in the above activities or provide training for any online or offline course of such activities.

上述活动中颁发的任何证书，与中欧无关。
Any certificate issued in the above activities has nothing to do with CEIBS .

中欧保留采取一切合法措施，追究相关主体法律责任的权利。
CEIBS reserves the right to take all legal measures to pursue the legal liabilities of relevant entities.
