中欧国际工商学院（以下简称“中欧”）就成都天汇企业管理顾问有限公司（以下简称“成都天汇”）运营的名称为“中欧在线”的微信公众号（以下简称“微信公众号”）发布内容造成混淆误认一事，特此发布如下声明：
China Europe International Business School (hereinafter “CEIBS”) hereby issues the following statement with regard to confusion and misunderstanding among the public caused by the content published on the WeChat Official Account “China Europe Online” (hereinafter “WeChat Official Account”) operated by Chengdu Tianhui Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Chengdu Tianhui”).  

近期，成都天汇在其运营的微信公众号（名称：“中欧在线”，微信号：gh_6a8aa56b3f8f）上以“中欧国际管理学院”名义提供教育服务、举办管理培训等活动，引起多方关注。
Recently, Chengdu Tianhui has provided educational service and management training in the name of “China Europe International Management College” on its WeChat Official Account (name: “China Europe Online”; ID: gh_6a8aa56b3f8f), which has captured much attention from the public.

中欧特此声明：该微信公众号非由中欧运营，所发布的内容与中欧无关。中欧已向成都天汇发函要求其停止相关行为。请社会公众避免因混淆误认引发进一步损失。
CEIBS hereby declares that this WeChat Official Account is not operated by CEIBS and that the content published has nothing to do with CEIBS. CEIBS has sent a letter to Chengdu Tianhui ordering it to stop relevant behaviors. CEIBS hereby alerts the public to the content published by Chengdu Tianhui on its WeChat Official Account to avoid further losses arising from confusion and misunderstanding.

在此，中欧严正声明，任何企业、机构及个人未经中欧明确同意及合法授权，均不得亦无权使用中欧商标或者标识、发布与中欧有关的课程及相关内容，因上述行为对社会公众造成混淆的，中欧将采取法律行动维护其自身合法权益。
CEIBS hereby issues a stern statement that no enterprise, institution or individual shall or has the right to use the CEIBS trademarks or logos or to provide courses and content related to CEIBS without the explicit consent and authorization from CEIBS, and that if the above-mentioned behaviors have created confusion among the public, CEIBS will take legal action to safeguard its legitimate rights and other interests.
