11月4-6日，新加坡、香港、上海 – 中欧MBA2017届学生开启了2015年度MBA职业发展之旅。该活动由MBA学生组织，并得到了MBA职业发展中心的鼎力支持。职业发展之旅项目旨在通过拜访公司并与高层的互动交流，加深同学们对相关行业与职能的了解。活动的交流平台也让公司全方位感受到中欧MBA学生的风采。

November 4-6. Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai – Company visits and networking events with CEIBS alumni filled the itineraries of CEIBS MBA 2017 students who participated in this year’s Career Trek Programme in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai.

2015年度中欧MBA职业发展之旅在新加坡、香港和上海三地同时展开。MBA2017届学生Jeffrey TCHUI, Arpit MISHRA, Boon Chin John LIM, 和Jinxin YI组织了本年度的职业发展之旅。“学习交流，寓教于乐。” MBA2017学生Arpit MISHRA说。

“Great learning, good networking and a fun trip” said Arpit Mishra, who, along with Jeffrey Tchui, Boon Chin, John Lim and Jinxin Yi volunteered to lead their fellow MBA 2017 classmates on this year’s treks. Organized by the MBA students with support from the MBA Career Development Centre, the programme aims to help students deepen their understanding of their target industries and functions and explore potential career opportunities through company visits and meetings with senior executives. It also provides a networking platform and gives companies a chance to experience first hand the professionalism of CEIBS' high caliber MBA students.

新加坡：跨国公司亚太区总部

SINGAPORE: MNCs APAC Headquarters

今年的新加坡之旅涵盖农业、清洁能源、工业、物流、医药和房地产等六大行业，拜访的公司包括Akzo Nobel, DHL’s in-house consulting, Mapletree Investments, Olam, Sanofi和Sun Edison’s in-house M&A。借此参观交流的机会，学生们了解到各行业不同的商业模式和职业发展要素。

MBA candidates were introduced to six industries: agricultural commodities, clean energy, industrials, logistics, pharmaceuticals and property. Through company visits to Akzo Nobel, DHL’s in-house consulting group, Mapletree Investments, Olam, Sanofi and Sun Edison’s in-house M&A group, the students gained a first-hand understanding of how these companies developed unique business models that have allowed them to thrive in their respective industries. They also heard from senior executives about what attributes are essential for building a career in these companies.

众多跨国公司将其全球或亚太区总部设于新加坡，足见这座城市的魅力所在。为了加深对新加坡的了解，同学们与当地校友齐聚一堂共进晚餐，也拜访了当地一家金融科技初创孵化器。

Singapore is the global or regional headquarters for most of these companies, which underscores its attractiveness as a destination to work and live. The students enjoyed a networking dinner with Singapore-based CEIBS alumni, and visited a financial technology start-up boot camp.

香港：国际顶级大投行

HONG KONG: Global Top Investment Banks

香港的职业发展之旅主要参访全球顶尖的金融机构。学生们拜访了美林、高盛、汇丰、彭博社、香港金融管理局、Ginger Capital, Alvarez & Marsal Asia Limited和Straits Network。职业发展之旅一方面让同学们全方位的了解金融行业，尤其是香港这座金融中心。另一方面，也向国际顶级大投行展示了中欧及其MBA学生的专业形象和职业素质。学生们与香港当地中欧校友的交流酒会取得了巨大成功。本次交流活动得到了校友们的大力支持和同学们的高度赞许。超过25名中欧校友参加了交流酒会。公司参访结束后，另一场中欧、港科大和INSEAD的MBA学生的聚会联欢活动为这次丰富多彩的香港职业发展之旅完美收官。

Visits to global financial institutions including Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Bloomberg, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Ginger Capital, Alvarez & Marsal Asia Limited and Straits Network were a highlight of the three-day Hong Kong Career Trek. Students gained invaluable insights into the financial industry and the career opportunities available there in Hong Kong. Students also enjoyed a networking mixer with Hong Kong-based CEIBS alumni, and had the opportunity to meet MBA students from HKUST and INSEAD at a joint networking event.
 

上海：本土投行和VC/PE

SHANGHAI: Local Investment Banking & VC/PE Firms

近些年随着本土投行和VC/PE公司的崛起，上海的职业发展之旅将目光定位于此。参访的公司包括华兴资本、今日资本、红点创投、远东宏信、云启创投和钜派投资，涉足投行、VC/PE和资产管理等领域。

The worlds of investment banking, asset management, venture capital and private equity investing were the focus of the Shanghai Career Trek, which saw students visit China Renaissance, Capital Today, Redpoint, Yuandong Hongxin, Yunqi Venture and Jupai Investment.
 

在参访过程中，同学们与高管对话，学习投资案例分析；中欧校友也就MBA求职等给出了宝贵的建议和经验分享。上海的职业发展之旅让同学们进一步了解投资，了解投资行业，并进一步了解如何与投资人更好的交流。

Students had the opportunity to meet with senior management at these companies and learn first hand about some of their real investment cases. The MBA students also met with CEIBS alumni working in these fields, who shared valuable career and job search advice.

中欧MBA赴硅谷的创业创新之旅、赴北京的IT互联网之旅，将于12月份陆续登场，敬请期待。

Next month the CEIBS MBA Career Trek Programme will bring students to Beijing and to Silicon Valley in the US, for an in-depth look at careers in IT Internet and Innovation and Entrepreneurship respectively.
